These draft terms describe purchases made for StarPvP through Tebex. Support is available at starpvpgg@gmail.com. The server owner's legal name and final launch jurisdiction must be added before publication.

Digital rank purchases

Ranks are digital server entitlements tied to the Minecraft Java username entered at checkout. Players are responsible for entering the correct username. Rank features may evolve as the server changes, while the intended value and purchase duration will be respected.

Subscriptions

Immortal is a recurring monthly subscription. It renews until cancelled through the Tebex customer controls. Cancelling stops future renewals; access continues through the paid period, after which any permanent base rank owned by the player is restored.

Server conduct

A purchase does not exempt a player from server rules. Moderation actions, including temporary or permanent bans, do not automatically create a refund right.

Payments

Tebex acts as the merchant of record and manages checkout, applicable taxes, fraud review, and payment disputes under its own terms. Contact support before initiating a chargeback for a delivery issue.

Age and authority

Players must have authority to use the chosen payment method. Minors should have a parent or legal guardian complete or approve purchases where required.
